Background:

Bachelor of Science: Colorado State University – Landscape Horticulture;   Masters of Education: Colorado State University – Vocational Education Administration;  USAF Senior NCO Academy: Graduate

In addition to owning and operating floral and landscaping businesses, I have been a secondary and college vocational education instructor, as well as, state administrator.  I spent over 28 years in the USAF/Air National Guard as a traditional guardsman and full time as a Health Professions Recruiting Manager. (MSGT USAF, ret.) I have also managed corporate marketing, training and recruiting programs and conducted outreach programs in professional development and career coaching. I'm married with two grown children. When not engaged in real estate, I enjoy travel, gardening and brewing beer.

Real Estate:

I have been a professional Realtor® for over 5 years achieving national credentials as a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative and Internet Real Estate Professional.  Less than ten percent of all Realtors® in the USA have these designations.  As a professional Realtor® I have developed and conducted new agent training programs, referral and relocation programs, and developed specialized agent and property marketing programs.  I have sold several million dollars in real estate, practicing both in Chicago with Century 21, and in the Phoenix area, with First Call Realtor’s®, LLC / The Tillman Team.

Ultimately, I have specialized as an Accredited Exclusive Buyer’s Representative.  Representing only buyers, I strictly follow the National Association of Realtor’s ® Code of Ethics and professionalism. I apply specialized training, experience and techniques to ensure the most effective, efficient and enjoyable buying experience for both first time buyers and more experienced buyer clients.  It is my professional goal to get to know my clients and thoroughly understand their real estate needs, wants, and desires.  I focus on educating my clients in the process of buying a home, and making sure they are comfortable to engage it.  I make special effort to ensure effective communication with all parties coupled with thorough knowledge of the local real estate market that will result in complete satisfaction with the home buying experience.
